Our Story...

LiFi Garden {pronounced: leafy (lots of leaves) or Li-Fi as in 'No-WiFi', only real-life zone} was founded with a simple, joyful idea: to bring youth and seniors together in spaces where connection can naturally grow. In community gardens and welcoming community centers, generations gather to share stories, skills, laughter, and encouragement.

Through easy conversations, shared projects, and caring for plants and flowers, meaningful relationships take root. LiFi Garden is a place where wisdom blossoms, curiosity thrives, and everyone leaves feeling a little more connected and alive.

Our mission

Our mission is to cultivate meaningful connections between youth and seniors through shared experiences, mutual learning, and hands-on care for the living world around us. By bringing generations together in welcoming community spaces, we nurture growth, both personal and collective. We believe that when people of different ages listen, teach, and grow side by side, confidence deepens, wisdom expands, and community flourishes.

Our vision

We see gardens and community spaces filled with conversation, laughter, shared wisdom where new skills take root. Our vision is a culture where youth and seniors feel valued, connected, and purposeful—cultivating not only plants and flowers, but belonging, confidence, and lasting human connection.
